This is my final attempt at capturing this particular view. I suspect that by now my memory is more imagination and wishful thinking than reality. The only thing I'm sure is wrong is the "bump" coming up from the terminator near the left (East) end of the drawing. It is much too pronounced in this drawing. I like what I've done with the shading here, although the smoothing is incomplete (I probably need a blunter-tipped stump). The previous drawings were done with an undocumented mish-mash of drawing tools. I do know that this drawing used #6B and #HB charcoal pencils for the dark areas, #3B and #HB graphite pencils for the lighter shading and either a #2 (HB) or #2.5 (F) fine-pointed graphite pencil for the outlining. The paper is heavy, fairly rough-textured paper from an "Artist's Sketch Pad".
